Thank you for your interest in simplido Early Access Program ("EAP"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you participate in the EAP.
Please note, that this Privacy Policy is specific to the EAP enrollment process. Users who chose to enroll for the EAP, once invited to join simplido will be presented with a dedicated End-User Privacy Policy.

What information do we collect
When you participate in the EAP, we may collect certain information from you, including:
- Personal Information - Your name and contact information, such as your email address, so that we can communicate with you regarding the EAP and provide updates and support.
- Information about your device, such as the device model and operating system version, to help us diagnose technical issues and improve the app's performance.
- Usage data, such as the features you use, how often you use them and which interface elements you click, to help us understand how users interact with the app and identify areas for improvement.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect from you for the following purposes:
- To communicate with you about the EAP and provide updates and support.
- To improve the app's performance and identify areas for improvement.
- To comply with legal requirements and protect our rights and interests.
- To determine which features of simplido to build first and which of them we should forget about.
How we protect your information
We take the security and confidentiality of your information seriously and use reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, or use. We also carefully pick our service providers and third-party partners to maintain appropriate safeguards to protect your information.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. However, we may share your information with our service providers and third-party partners for the purposes of providing the EAP and improving the app's performance.
Your choices
You may choose to opt-out of receiving communications from us at any time by contacting us at support@simplido.app. Please note that even if you opt-out of receiving communications, we may still need to communicate with you regarding the EAP and other important updates.
While signing up to the EAP, you are presented with few choices determining the nature of the communication:
- Receiving only the invitation - in this case we will contact you only when your enrollment will be selected for further processing. You will receive an invitation to register with simplido, effectively creating your account. Please note that enrolling to the EAP does not result in creating an account in simplido.
- Getting informed about the development updates - we might send occasional updates regarding the development progress of simplido. These will be delivered over email and also posted on our social-media channels. If you choose to reply to these emails with your feedback, the produced communication will be considered as personal information and will be processed in accordance to this privacy policy.
- Participating in polls and questionnaires - at this level you get deeply involved in the process of shaping simplido. We will occasionally send internet polls and questionnaires which will query for your personal opinion, preferences and feedback. The information which you will provided by these means will be considered as personal information and will be processed in accordance to this privacy policy.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our information practices. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email and over our social-media channels.
When do we remove your information
We will automatically remove your personal data related to the EAP in the following cases:
- Once your enrollment will be accepted and a registration invitation link will be sent to your mailbox.
- After 547 days from the date of your enrollment.
Backup copies of data
While we do our best to deliver best possible experience and level of service, the EAP might require recovery from backup copies in order to stay available. Given you previously requested deletion of you personal information (or it was deleted by us according to the Privacy Policy), in case of a recovery from backup copies, your data might be restored form that backup.
We will track record of every personal information delete/removal request (either issued by you, or us) and cleanse our data sets after recovering from backups.
System logs
Our application and the backing systems utilize logging which helps us to monitor and troubleshoot problems in the system. Logs are special messages which are accessed by developers so that they can find relevant information about the behaviour of the system in certain situations.
These log messages might contain pieces of personal information which you input on the EAP website. These logs are persisted for 30 days and then are permanently deleted.
By participating in the EAP, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described herein.
